(KNSI) — The Como Zoo in St. Paul welcomed a new member this week as their seven-year-old giraffe, Zinna, gave birth to her third calf.

The six-foot-tall, 132-pound healthy baby girl was standing within hours of being born, but she doesn’t have a name yet. So, zoo staff is turning to the public for help.

They have narrowed it down to Aster, Dahlia, and Ivy.

Voting ends on Monday, and the name will be announced on Give to the Max Day on November 16th.

The giraffe calf will make her public debut in a couple of weeks. Right now, mom and baby are bonding behind the scenes.
