(KNSI) – St. Cloud is holding its second informational and listening session this week.

The event is part of the St. Cloud 101 series. It runs Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Riverside Park shelter. Mayor Dave Kleis says the meeting will focus on safety. “It’s on all aspects of public safety. So, whether that’s police or fire, or road conditions, or inspections, water quality, all of those things, it’s your opportunity to ask questions. We’ll have all of our leadership and all those parts of public safety. We’ll talk about things that are important to you to answer questions, but more importantly, to get your feedback.”

If it’s good weather, the event will be held outside, but the gathering will be inside the shelter in inclement weather.

The mayor will hold a St. Cloud 101 session in the city’s four wards. Tuesday’s meeting is for Ward Two or East St. Cloud. There are also meetings scheduled for next month in Wards Three and Four. A separate session will focus on downtown. A meeting was held in Ward One earlier this month.

For more information, call the mayor’s office at 320-255-7201 or his home phone at 320-253-9535.
