(KNSI) — The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is taking applications for the annual fall archery hunt at Camp Ripley.
The DNR says 2,500 permits are available. There is a bag limit of two, but bonus permits may be used to take antlerless deer. The deadline is August 18th.
Group applications are allowed.
The three day hunt is set for October 27th through the 29th.
Details on how to apply can be found by clicking here.
The DNR coordinates the hunt in collaboration with Central Lakes College Natural Resources Department and the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs, which manages the 53,000-acre military reservation near Little Falls.
