St. Cloud Announces Photo Contest Winners

(KNSI) – Some of the most talented photographers in central Minnesota were honored for their images of the Granite City.

The 2023 Greater St. Cloud Photo Contest winners were announced this week, with first place going to Amy Hanfler for her picture ‘Downtown Sunrise.’ Her snapshots of West St. Germain Street in the early morning earned her $500.

The second place and $300, went to Jennifer Piekarski for her photo ‘Frosty City Hall,’ and third place and $200, went to David Miller for ‘Sunset City.’ The three pictures were selected out of 76 entries. The Honorable Mention award went to Tayah Lackie for ‘Munsinger.’

The winning photos and entries will be used in future city marketing efforts.
