(KNSI) – Wednesday’s Summertime by George show is a Power Night.
With only eight concerts in the series for 2023, two dates feature a pair of main acts. The combined performances will total close to five hours. The concept is put to the test with the Church of Cash and the Killer Vees.
The iconic music of the Man In Black will fill Eastman Park beginning at 5:00 p.m. Minnesota native Jay Ernst was living in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 2010 when he began spreading the gospel of the country legend. The band promises loyalty to the style and message of Johnny Cash.
The Killer Vees take the stage at 7:30. Jeff and Tommy Vee, sons of the late great Bobby Vee, bring their variety show to the stage and will be playing a little bit of everything.
There is no admission fee, but come hungry. There are food and beverage vendors set up all over Eastman Park.
