(KNSI) – Minnesota confirms 669 new COVID-19 cases and 24 deaths Wednesday. The death count includes one person from Stearns County in their 90s.
Across the St. Cloud area, there are 48 new cases. Benton County adds nine, Morrison County one, Sherburne County 14, Stearns County 11 and Wright County 13.
According to the five surrounding counties’ COVID-19 dashboards, there are 512 currently active known cases among the area’s residents.
Today’s COVID-19 test results come from a volume of 21,408 tests processed by the state yesterday. Only 3.1 percent came back positive.
