Eden Valley-Watkins 3, Cathedral 0: The one-seed advances to the championship round thanks to timely hitting. The Eagles only managed four knocks, but they drew four walks and had a couple of players reach on catcher’s interference. That extra traffic led to a two-RBI single in the bottom of the third from Myles Dziengel, a little flare that landed near the left field line behind third base. Eden Valley-Watkins added a run in the sixth when Caden Neiman ripped a double to right field that hit half way up the outfield wall that scored a man from first base.
