(KNSI) – One block of a south St. Cloud road will be closed early next week.
The city’s engineering department says a detour will be in place for motorists who typically use 14th Street South between 9th and 10th Avenues. The residential stretch is typically quiet but it’s located near South Junior High School and the athletic fields, which brings traffic into the area.
The closure is supposed to last Monday and Tuesday for utility work, weather permitting. Warm and sunny conditions are forecast for those days.
