(KNSI) – Officials are asking for the public’s help finding a missing teenager from St. Cloud.
The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says 15-year-old Kaydence Johnson was placed in a residential facility in Minneapolis earlier this year. Officails say she left that facility on Tuesday, May 2nd. A missing person report was filed with the Minneapolis Police Department.
Johnson’s whereabouts are unknown. She left the facility without most of her belongings and medication. Early attempts to track her phone put her in the Crystal and New Hope areas. Police can no longer track her phone.
Deputies say she is likely in the Minneapolis area or may have returned to the St. Cloud area.
