(KNSI) – The St. Cloud compost site is still hoping to open on Monday, April 3rd, even as another round of winter weather threatens to barrel through the region.
Permits can be purchased at city hall during regular business hours. The site will operate five days a week, excluding Wednesdays and Sundays. Daily hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from noon to 6:00 p.m. plus Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In addition to its normal closures, the compost site will be shuttered for four holidays in the 2023 season. The first is Good Friday on April 7th.
Yard waste collection is also resuming next week. It must be brought to the curb in designated bags and will be picked up once per week city-wide on Mondays.
