(KNSI) – A new event celebrating a popular cocktail takes place this weekend.
The inaugural Downtown Bloody Mary Crawl & Contest will take place on Sunday from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. at multiple businesses and restaurants in St. Cloud.
Director of Downtown Planning & Development for the Downtown Alliance and St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Tyler Bevier says they decided to hold the event because “Sunday brunch is often accompanied by a bloody mary or two or a mimosa. So this is a way to promote Sundays [downtown]. It’s a pretty neat event that bridges both restaurants and retail here in downtown St. Cloud.”
Attendees will vote for their favorites in a couple of categories. No tickets are needed. Enjoy the day downtown shopping, dining and having a Bloody Mary.
