(KNSI) – The Initiative Foundation and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development have released an update on area Main Street Revitalization Program projects.

In St. Cloud, MoXie Ladies at 413/415 East St. Germain has received $60,000 for renovation of the building. The total cost is $200,000. Pioneer Place on 5th is adding a bar and grill. A $54,000 grant will help complete the $180,000 renovation. Arcasearch is retooling the former post office on West St. Germain St. known as the Federal Building, costing $936,000. It has received a check for $199,000. Lastly, Oberg Roofing and Remodeling are prepping the Aria Communications building to relocate to. The $1.6 million project earned a $195,000 grant.

Three Cold Spring businesses also made the cut. Snap Fitness is getting $6,000 to replace exterior signage. The total cost is $20,000. Side Bar and Grill will also be sprucing up its outside appearance. A $13,500 grant will help fund a $45,000 project. The city’s Subway location is getting $52,500 to partially offset a $175,000 remodel.
