(KNSI) – An active shooter at the Lund Boat Company plant in New York Mills was restrained by workers Thursday morning before they were able to hurt anyone.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says the threat was neutralized prior to law enforcement arriving on the scene. The suspect has been arrested, and more information will be released at a later time.
Lund is the largest employer in the roughly 1,300-person city.
The plant is located about a block from Highway 10 and is next to the high school.
