(KNSI) — Central Minnesota is under a wind chill advisory for Sunday night and Monday morning.

The wind chill advisory is in place from 6:00 p.m. January 29th until noon January 30th.

The National Weather Service says air temperatures will be in the teens below zero with winds around ten miles an hour, creating wind chills as low as 25 to 35 below zero.

Frostbite on exposed skin could set in in as little as 30 minutes. Forecasters say to dress in layers if you have to go out but limit time outside.
