(KNSI) – St. Cloud will test its outdoor severe weather warning system on Wednesday.
It will sound at 1:00 p.m. The siren isn’t typically used in the winter, but officials say it’s necessary due to an update to the system.
Starting in the spring, the siren system is tested monthly to ensure it works.
