City officials say effective at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, January 5th, the snow emergency will be in effect for 72 hours unless rescinded due to favorable weather conditions and roads are plowed to full width.

Parking regulations will be enforced, and towing of illegally parked vehicles will start at 1:00 a.m. January 5th.
