(KNSI) — Almost 300 families in central Minnesota had a Merry Christmas thanks to the Share the Spirit program.
Catholic Charities Emergency Services says 236 sponsors stepped up to help provide Christmas presents to needy families. In all, 1,291 family members in 287 families received gifts.
On top of the Share the Spirit donations, another $12,970 was raised to provide memorable holidays to neighbors in Central Minnesota.
