(KNSI) — The Paramount Center for the Performing Arts says they have some exciting shows coming in January.
The Paramount Theatre will kick off 2023 with the NOW That’s What I Call DANCE! Company North Crest’s 21st annual winter dance performance. The show is Saturday, January 7th at 4:00 p.m. featuring rock n’ roll, Broadway show tunes, and Disney classics.
The following week will feature the Folsom Prison Experience. The show on Thursday, January 12th, is at 7:30 p.m. The show is a theatrical recreation of Johnny Cash’s iconic 1968 live recording, At Folsom Prison.
On January 14th, Michael Shynes will return to the Paramount stage.
Jason Schommer will take the stage on Saturday, January 21st, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. for Curtain Call: Letters to My Friend Louie Anderson! Schommer is a standup comedian and storyteller who spent two years as the opening act for Anderson in Las Vegas. In this show, Schommer explores his friendship with the late comedian.
The month will close with Disney’s Descendants from January 27th through February 12th, 2023. The show is based on the original Disney Channel movie of the same name.
