#1 ROCORI 65, #4 Little Falls 12: It was all ROCORI at sun-soaked Blattner Stadium for the Gate City Bank Game of the Week. The Spartans had put up 65 points when there was still over 8:00 left in the third quarter. Quarterback Jack Spanier was nearly flawless. He had just one incompletion the entire game, going 14-15 for 252 yards and five touchdowns. Spanier targeted Adam Langer for 35 yards on a wide receiver screen. The other four end zone strikes went to Hunter Nistler. Nistler finished with 136 yards on five catches. Spanier also ran for 98 yards and two touchdowns. ROCORI will square off against Becker in the section championship.

#4 Sartell-St. Stephen 15, #1 Sauk Rapids-Rice 14: The top-ranked Storm missed a 31-yard field goal in the game’s final minute to seal the win for the Sabres. Sauk Rapids broke the seal in the second quarter thanks to a two-yard Keegan Patterson run. Patterson converted on another short quarterback run and it was 14-0. Sartell QB Chad Hentges led the Sabres back. The captain threw to Andrew Tavale just before halftime for a 22-yard touchdown. He completed a 52-yard TD pass with 1:46 left in the game to Parker Knutson. Hentges also converted a two-point conversion to secure the eventual winning margin. Sartell will play at Moorhead for the section championship.

#2 Albany 31, #3 Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta 20: The Huskies mushed out to an overwhelming lead. With 3:25 left in the third quarter, Albany was ahead 25-0. Ethan Meyer and Cole Panek both had one rushing touchdown to go along with a scoring reception. Albany ran for 273 yards as a team. Quarterback Izaac Hutchinson had six completions for 127 yards through the air. Albany faces New London-Spicer for the section championship at Husky Stadium in St. Cloud.
5AAA
#1 Milaca 36, #4 Annandale 34: The Wolves win in overtime, converting a two-point conversion. Milaca got the ball first in the extra frame, finding the end zone thanks to a three-yard run from Jack Schoenborn. He got the call on the converstion attempt as well. Annandale quarterback Nick Walter’s tying chance was unsuccessful.
#7 Foley 21, #3 Mora 20: The Falcons’ cinderella run continues. They’ll meet Milaca at Tech High School in St. Cloud Friday night.
