Metro Bus Celebrates Veterans Day

(KNSI) – Veterans and active duty military members will have free rides on Metro Bus on November 11th in honor of the Veterans Day holiday.

To take advantage of the promotion Connex, Fixed Route, and Northstar Link riders need to have their military ID in hand when they board. If you use the Dial-a-Ride service you must mention your military service status when scheduling a pick-up.

In a press release, Metro Bus says it recognizes the sacrifices made by those who have served in the military, along with their families. It also mentions how proud it is to employ so many people who fall into those categories.
