(KNSI) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says it has reunited a ten-month-old baby with her mother after the child arrived at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport with a “woman in crisis” aboard a light rail train.
According to a crime alert sent out by the BCA late Tuesday night, the little girl arrived at the airport at about 9:00 p.m. Police say the woman was not related to the girl, nor was she the child’s guardian. Despite what agents say was an exhaustive investigation, they could not identify the child as there were no reports of abductions or missing kids.
At 1:15 a.m. on Wednesday, a second alert came out from the BCA saying they had identified the child and found the child’s relatives.
