(KNSI) – A Little Falls screen printing facility is hiring thanks to government assistance.
Minnesota’s Department of Employment and Economic Development utilizes two different accounts to help aid businesses in expanding. The Job Creation Fund and the Minnesota Investment Fund have awarded a total of $4.3 million to various corporations recently.
$450,000 from the MIF should turn into an extra 78 jobs for Lakeshirts, LLC. The company is based in Detroit Lakes, with a satellite location in Little Falls. It makes specialty apparel for resorts and colleges.
The business also has locations in California, Colorado, New York, and Pennsylvania.
