(KNSI) – A St. Cloud man is free after admitting to giving two teenage girls alcohol and having sex with them.
Mowlid Muktar Osman pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct on Monday. Stearns County District Judge Sarah Hennesy sentenced him to 60 days already served and he was released. Osman was also sentenced to ten years’ probation. A four-year prison sentence was stayed, meaning he won’t spend any more time behind bars unless he breaks the terms of probation.
The 36-year-old had sex with two 15-year-old girls at his apartment in November after buying them alcohol and cigarettes. The criminal complaint says the three had been drinking and at some point, Osman declared it was “time for sex” and took one of the girls to a bedroom where he assaulted her. He later took the second girl into a bedroom and assaulted her too.
The criminal complaint says that during taped phone calls between Osman and the teens, he admitted to having sex with both of them.
