(KNSI) — The weekly Summertime by George concert series continues Wednesday evening at Eastman Park with two big names.
Local synth-based pop group Guytano takes the stage at 5:00. With millions of streams on Spotify, their music has also been used on the Discovery Channel, MTV’s The Real World, Teen Mom 2, and NASCAR. The group met while they were in middle school in Sartell. They are now based out of Minneapolis.
Little Falls native singer-songwriter Michael Shynes headlines the show starting at 6:30 and brings the whole band with him. Shynes is well known locally but has gotten national and international attention from the LA Examiner and The Huffington Post. He has a platinum record in Poland.
Local food, beverage, and craft vendors will also be on hand.
This week, there will be a new setup as the Bistro and Food Market areas will be moved a little closer to the stage for better sight lines to eat, drink and enjoy the show.
