(KNSI) — One person is under arrest after a report of a gun incident after several vehicles were allegedly doing burnouts at an intersection in rural Meeker County.

The sheriff’s office says about 2:20 Sunday morning; they were called to the disturbance at an intersection in Greenleaf Township. Investigators learned there was a confrontation, and someone flashed a handgun, threatened to shoot up the place, and fled the scene.

A warrant was issued for 20-year-old Noe Hernandez of Glencoe on charges of terroristic threats. Hernandez was arrested on July 25th and booked into the Meeker County jail.

The CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force, Southwest Metro Drug Task Force, Glencoe Police, and the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office all assisted in the investigation.
