(KNSI) – The 2022 St. Cloud fireworks committee is raising money to help cover the cost of this year’s show. St. Cloud Fireworks Commissioner Tom Richardson says anybody can help by going grocery shopping.
“The participating area Coborns’ stores you’ll be able to round up to contribute to the Fourth of July fireworks and that goes right through July 4th.”
If you don’t shop a Coborn’s, there’s still another way you can help.
“Wednesday June 29th, we’re going to have tendering for a cause. I get to help so sell beer at the Beaver Island Brewing from five to 7pm and the proceeds go to help support the 4th of July fireworks.”
While the city of St. Cloud provides all the public safety measures, the fireworks are paid for by donations. You can also donate online at St Cloud fireworks.org.
