(KNSI) – A beer maker is releasing limited-edition cans honoring farmers. Busch Light’s “For the Farmers” cans will go on sale Monday and be available until July 3rd. The cans come in cases and 30 packs.
One dollar from each sale will go to Farm Rescue, with a maximum of $100,000. The non-profit provides critical aid to family-owned farms and raises awareness of issues facing rural communities. Farm Rescue can provide hands-on assistance to farm and ranch families that have experienced a major injury, illness or natural disaster.
Busch has teamed up with tractor company John Deere to support farmers. The Busch Light cans feature farming graphics with the John Deere logo and equipment. John Deere has also committed to matching the donations.
