(KNSI) – A Florida man is dead following a local incident early Monday morning.
Saint Cloud Police Department, Saint Cloud Fire, and Mayo Ambulance responded to a driver suffering a health emergency at 4:59 on Interstate 94. The 50-year-old man lived in Florida, was passing through Central Minnesota on business, and had reached County Road 75 when the problem occurred. EMTs were unable to resuscitate him.
According to a release posted on Twitter, police believe the man has an extensive medical history related to what eventually took his life.
