Dunkin’ Donuts, Scooter’s Coffee Planned for St. Cloud Area

(KNSI) — An application for Dunkin’ Donuts is going in front of the St. Cloud Zoning Board of Appeals Tuesday.

The 2,000-square-foot store is being proposed near the Midtown Square Mall at 33rd Avenue North and Division Street. On the application for the conditional use permit, the location would include indoor seating and a drive-thru. The drive-thru traffic would line up on the north side of the building, facing the parking lot. Parking for walk-in customers would face Division Street on the south side of the 18,000 plus square foot property.

A Dunkin’ location was set to open near Walgreen’s in Sartell. That piece of land was just sold to a Scooter’s Coffee franchisee who says they hope to open this year.
