(KNSI) – Winter parking restrictions come to an end for the season on April 1st. Winter parking restrictions end Friday in the six-city St. Cloud metro area.
The parking restrictions are in place from November 1st to March 31st to let snowplows clear the streets without having to go around cars parked on one side of the street.
