(KNSI) – The St. Cloud State University hockey season came to an end in the first round of the NCAA hockey playoff.
The Huskies lost to the Quinnipiac Bobcats 5-4. The Huskies trailed late in the game and came within one goal with 1:16 remaining.
The Huskies finished the season with a record of 18-15-4. Last season, the Huskies lost in the Frozen Four Championship.
