(KNSI) — The Stearns County Parks Department is accepting booking reservations for five facilities in the area.
Park officials say pavilions can be used for family reunions, business outings, and group picnics. Fees for all open-air structures run at $60 per day. Weddings are subject to a 50% surcharge.
Locations include Mississippi River County Park near Sartell, Rockville County Park, Spring Hill County Park near St. Martin, and Two Rivers Lake County Park just north of Albany. Reservations can be set up using the Parks Department’s Online Recreation Catalog.
Warner Lake Nature Center in Clearwater is unique in its ability to host events year-round. It is completely enclosed and features seating for 100 people. The building has many appliances, including a kitchen to prepare large meals. It is climate-controlled, heated for chilly nights or through the winter, and offers summer relief with ceiling fans. The nature center can be rented for $125, with a minimum four-hour time commitment. Discounts are available to non-profits hoping to use the space. There is a 50 percent surcharge for wedding ceremonies.
