(KNSI) – Singer-songwriter Jackson Browne will take the stage at The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park in June. Presale tickets for the concert begin Thursday, with general public sales starting Friday.

Jackson Browne will play The Ledge on June 14th. According to his website, Browne was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in 2007. He has six Grammy award nominations.

Browne’s hits include “Somebody’s Baby,” “The Load-Out/Stay,” “Doctor My Eyes,” “The Pretender,” and “These Days.”

According to Billboard.com, “Browne’s songs, at their best, mix the personal and the political until the two become indistinguishable. It’s that ability that made him eminently coverable in the ’70s: Browne’s songs have been recorded by everyone from the Eagles to The Byrds to Nico.”

According to Gold & Platinum’s searchable database, Brown has sold 18 million albums in the United States. The 73-year-old old has also been honored for his charity work.
