(KNSI) — A 27-year-old suspect wanted by the Department of Corrections Fugitive Task Force was arrested Friday afternoon in St. Cloud.

A press release from the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force says Andrew Robert Lind-Behrens had an active felony warrant from the DoC and allegedly fled from police around the area and Wright County. Investigators tracked him to a home in St. Cloud, where he was arrested. Police say he was armed with a handgun with an obliterated serial number at the time.

Lind-Behrends was taken into custody and booked into the Stearns County Jail on his active felony warrant. Lind-Behrends was also charged for being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.

More charges are expected regarding the multiple prior pursuits that Lind-Behrends is the suspect in.
