(KNSI) – The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has announced a Snowmobile Safety Field Day in Waite Park. The safety class will take place at Quarry Park Saturday, March 5th from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Minnesota requires snowmobile certification for anyone born after December 31st, 1976. This course is the last step in that requirement. To enroll in the class, participants must be 11 years old and have completed the online course.

Class sizes are limited. Snowmobiles will be provided, but bring a helmet and dress accordingly.
