(KNSI) – Catholic Charities Emergency Services Food Shelf is seeking volunteers to help feed those in need in the St. Cloud area. Officials say the food shelf is looking for help doing various tasks.
According to a press release, volunteers are needed to sort, stock shelves and pack boxes for delivery. They’re also needed to greet and help donors. Volunteers are used for some Catholic Charities programs, such as the Basic Everyday Essentials (BEE) program.
Catholic Charities says volunteers from all backgrounds and experiences are needed. According to the officials, the food shelf helps families and seniors stretch their food budgets and get the nutritious food they need.
