SAINT CLOUD (KNSI) —
The Rocori Spartans defeated the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm in girls basketball action on Thursday night.
Led by 13 first half points from Avery Berg, the Spartans built a 36-16 halftime lead.
Sauk Rapids put up a fight a in the second half but it wasn’t enough the with Spartans came away with a 73-63 win.
Jenna Boos led the way for the Spartans with 27 points and was named the All-Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game.
Courtney Paulsen was the high scorer for the Storm with 24 points.
