(KNSI) — The Minnesota State Patrol says a 36-year-old Stewart man is dead after a crash early Wednesday morning.
According to a crash report, a 33-year-old man from New London was driving a semi south on Highway 22 near 240th Street just south of Litchfield about 4:50 a.m. when he collided with a northbound Subaru Legacy driven by Rick Braun.
Braun was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was not hurt.
The state patrol says both men were wearing their seatbelts, and alcohol was not a factor.
