SAINT CLOUD (KNSI) —
The Brainerd Warriors defeated the Sartell Sabres on Thursday night in boys basketball action.
The Warriors built a 11 point lead in the first half but Sartell battled back and trailed 35-31 at half time.
The Sabres fought hard in the second half but ultimately fell short 67-62 despite 23 points from Mason Lund.
For his efforts. he was named the All Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game.
The Sabres fall to 9-3 on the season.
