(KNSI) – Taco Bell is coming to Sauk Center. City administrator Vicki Willer says construction on the new Taco Bell is expected to begin in May and be finished in the summer of 2022.
According to Sauk Centre, the restaurant will be the newest design and around 2,860 square feet. The restaurant will be built at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Highway 71.
The tex-mex fast food restaurant will be owned and operated by Border Foods based in New Hope. According to their Facebook page, the company owns more than 200 locations in Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana and Wyoming. The company employees around 5,000 people.
