(KNSI) – A Wisconsin-based company has purchased a St. Cloud communications company. According to a press release, DSC Communications in Superior acquired Granite Electronics on Monday. DSC provides sales and service in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The release says all Granite Electronics employees will remain with the new company and will stay at the current location in St. Cloud.
Granite Electronics President Michael Kahl said in a statement, “We look forward to leveraging the resources and capabilities that this partnership will provide. It is exciting to consider how this will benefit our employees and our customers, both of which have always been our top priority.”
Granite Electronics is a communications system and device company for public safety, industrial and commercial clients. The company has provided communication services to central Minnesota since 1963, including repair services, selling two-way radios, pagers and Motorola batteries.
