(KNSI) — A public notification video will be released next week after police were told a level three predatory offender will be moving to St. Cloud.

According to a press release from the St. Cloud Police Department, Daniel Jerome Dols will be moving to the 100 block of 12th Avenue North on November 23rd. The public notification video will start airing on the St. Cloud public access television station on November 22nd. A link to the video can also be found starting November 22nd by clicking here.

According to a fact sheet from the police, Dols was convicted of criminal sexual conduct after engaging in sexual contact with a known adult male. That contact included touch, and the release says Dols “took advantage of the victim’s sleeping state to exploit access.”

Dols is a white male, 5’8″ tall, 200 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Level three predatory offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend.
