(KNSI) – A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Central Stearns County until 730 PM CDT. At 648 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Paynesville, or 26 miles northeast of Willmar, moving northeast at 40 mph with 60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will be near… Albany and Richmond around 705 PM CDT. Other locations in the path of this severe thunderstorm include Cold Spring, Rockville, Avon, St. Joseph, Collegeville, Waite Park and Sartell.
