(KNSI) — A 40-year-old Motley man is jailed after police say they found two enclosed trailers full of stolen items on his property in Scandia Valley Township.
According to the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office, police executed a search warrant at the home on Monday just off Highway 10 about five miles south of Motley. Police say they found two enclosed trailers full of personal property allegedly stolen in a November 2020 burglary. Investigators say the trailers and items inside them were valued at over $30,000.
They say the man was questioned and admitted to being involved in the burglary. He was booked into the Morrison County jail, where he is awaiting formal charges.
KNSI does not typically release the names of suspects until they have been formally charged.
