(KNSI) – Hundreds of part-time, temporary jobs are open during this year’s Minnesota State Fair.
The fair says it is hiring for more than 1,000 positions during the 2021 fair, which runs from August 26th to September 6th. People 16 and older can apply for roles in food service, livestock barn maintenance, custodial work, ticketing, retail and more. No prior experience is required for many of those jobs.
The fair says free parking and free fair admission are benefits of the temporary positions.
Applications are available on the Minnesota State Fair’s website, but people can also apply for a job in-person at the fair’s Employment Center, located at 1640 Como Avenue in Falcon Heights.
