(KNSI) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has canceled its crime alert, as the authority says law enforcement took Christiansen into custody Thursday morning after finding him on a roadside in Dodge County.

(KNSI) – A predatory offender is on the loose after, and law enforcement asks for the public’s help in finding him.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) says it’s looking for Donald Dean Christiansen after he removed his electronic monitoring device (GPS) and didn’t return to the home where he was assigned.
Police say the 62-year-old is a Level 2 predatory offender with a primary address in Rochester.
Christiansen was last seen at the Target store located at 4611 Maine Ave SE in Rochester.
A Felony Escape Custody arrest warrant has been issued for Christiansen.
Anyone with information on Christiansen’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the BCA at 651-793-7000.
