(KNSI) – CentraCare and Stellis Health have announced plans for Stellis to become part of CentraCare. Together, the organizations aim to strengthen coordination between primary care, specialty care and hospital services.

Stellis Health has been a healthcare provider in Monticello, Buffalo, and surrounding communities for 75 years. That will continue as part of CentraCare. Stellis shareholders have voted to move forward with the plans. The organizations will work to complete final agreements and required regulatory review and approval. If the agreement is finalized, operational integration will take place over time.

The goal is to have Stellis to become part of CentraCare on January 1st, 2027. CentraCare and Stellis will work together to determine how and when systems, services and other operations are integrated. In the meantime, Stellis clinics and team members will continue operating as usual. Patients can continue to see their current providers. Learn more here.
