TEDx to Inspire St. Cloud Thursday

(KNSI) – An inspiring lineup of speakers and musicians is set to spark your imagination at the next TED X event in St. Cloud. Former Viking, chef and singer Esera Tuaolo, local pediatrician Dr. Jill Amsberry, and veteran journalist Nora Hertel will share.

Hertel is the founder and executive director of Project Optimist, a nonprofit news organization serving greater Minnesota with solution-focused journalism. She explains, “I think it’s really important for the future of news that we integrate more stories about solutions and about people responding to problems because so much of our industry is reacting to challenges that pop up.”
