(KNSI) — The Sartell Community Center will host an event focused on women and wellness.
She Matters: Women’s Health Night is coming up on October 1st from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. According to a press release from CentraCare, it brings health education, local shopping, and community connection together. The event pairs practical wellness resources with health education booths and giveaways alongside local vendors selling boutique clothing, jewelry, tea, flowers, sweet treats, and accessories.
A few extras round out the evening with pink pumpkin painting from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., while supplies last. Artwork by Coborn Healing Center Art Therapy patients will be available for purchase, and there will be a drawing for St. Cloud Norsemen Hockey tickets.
The night closes with a presentation from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. by Dr. Jordan Mattson on reducing cancer risk through prevention and lifestyle choices.
The event is free and open to the public.
