(KNSI) — The Minnesota State Fair has released its full list of specialty drinks for the 2026 run, covering 25 vendors pouring alcoholic beverages and 16 more serving new non-alcoholic options.
LuLu’s Public House at West End Market is adding the most new items with 10 drinks, including a Rhubarb Mead from Sociable Cider Werks, a Candyman Blue Raspberry from Bent Paddle Brewing in Duluth and a Sangria Sundae made by Rustic Roots Winery in Scandia. LuLu’s is also pouring a Passion Fruit Guava Tom Collins Seltzer brewed by August Schell Brewing in New Ulm in collaboration with Tattersall Distilling.
Summer Lakes Boat House is a new vendor this year, located at Randall Avenue and Underwood Street. Its six drinks are all produced by Summer Lakes Beverage in Ramsey, including three hard seltzer cocktails at 7.5% alcohol and two Minnemosa options at 11.5%, made with wine from Carlos Creek Winery in Alexandria.
Four vendors inside the Lee and Rose Warner Coliseum are adding six beverages between them. Those include the Old Ranch Hand from Dual Citizen Brewing in Saint Paul, three West Coast IPAs from Pryes Brewing and a Dill Pickle Seltzer from Spiral Brewery in Hastings.
The Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild is introducing a rotating craft hard seltzer program in the Agriculture Horticulture Building, with two options each day sourced from 15 Minnesota breweries.
Luther Auto Pit Stop is serving specialty sips for the first time with the Hazy Pineapple Whip, a 5.8% beer from Castle Danger Brewing in Two Harbors.
Pickle flavors appear on five menus. Along with the Dill Pickle Seltzer, the fair is offering a Pickle Lemonade Cider from Duluth Cider at Shanghai Henri’s, a 12% Pickle and Vine wine at The Hideaway Speakeasy, plus the returning Dill Pickle Kolsch at Giggles’ Campfire Grill and the Picklerita at Dino’s Gyros.
On the non-alcoholic side, four new drinks carry the fair’s Official New Food designation: a Mango Sticky Rice Refresher at Chan’s Eatery, a Caramel Apple Iced Tea at Loon Lake Iced Tea, a Sweet Peach Lemonade Sparkler at Quench’d and a Two-Tone Bloody Mary Mocktail at Urban Glow Mocktails.
